
Congratulations to Nic Kearney from Onslow in Auckland. Nic has claimed the title of 2023 Beef + Lamb Ambassador Chef after a 90 minute cook-off against fellow finalists, Max Loh from Wellington and Jacob Aomarere-Poole from Feilding.
Nicโs performance in the competition left a lasting impression on the judging panel. What stood out to them was not only his exceptional culinary skills in handling the beef and lamb cut he chose to use but also his methodical approach in executing his dishes with a keen eye for detail. Nicโs ability to bring his vision for his beef and lamb dishes to life on the plate was evident as he carefully crafted each individual dish component to create two delicious plates of food.
